It wasn’t until nearly midnight that I realized I had completely forgotten to schedule a post for this morning. … And I could *not* make myself get out of bed to remedy the situation. So this is late, but I hope it gives you a bit of a chuckle on a Sunday morning.
The grey on the right is a stallion, and the bay on the left, a bit ahead, is a stallion with another band. One thing I noted particularly about the mares is that they’re napping so close together, they were all touching, even in the heat (there was a bit of a nice breeze).
I think we’re all tired at the end of summer … all waiting for the rain the forecasts promise and doesn’t fall.
Here’s hoping the coming week’s forecast is at least *partially* accurate!
